Time for KKR to buyout our shares, the Canadian government gave Bioamber Sarnia $50M to build the plant, total debt was 63M, why would the government give away for 4.3M to such a trillion dollar company? KKR knows that they have to finalize this buyout and take all the shares of Bioamber, they said they can take up to 5 years to restructure a business they are experts and make the company's shares very valuable
