I think Korenko would take anything at/over $1 billion ….

In terms of a buyout, a $1 billion buyout would also be about $2.50 per share.

If Korenko accepted a buyout, we would each get $2.50+ for our shares.

I know some are wanting to wait it out for a possible $5 or $10 per share, or even more.

But $2.50+ would be locked in for all shareholders if we got the news of a $1 billion buyout.
