The SEC Enforcement Division has indeed a open investigation on SNPW and Nick Campanella for Securities Fraud and Market Manipulation. Do you know how I know this? It's because I've stated many times by now, I was the originator of the complaint, and I've posted the Prosecutor's name that's heading this investigating. Of course since you don't know how the law works, you chose to use Dakotas email instead of my posts, where I LITERALLY posted the SEC Prosecutor's name and direct contact.
Rest assured the most recent fraudulent promotions by Campanella has been picked up by the SEC, including the doctored pictures for public consumption. There is NO location, there are NO leases or purchase agreements, there are NO sites. It was the 28th fraudulent promotions in this company long history of fraudulent promotions.
