An Investor with Questions is one thing, but at times you appear to add a Negative Slant that we get enough of from a list of Naysayers! I'll Entertain/Discuss the Note Closure Question, but can't /won't speak for Managements Decision to PR Finalization Discussion with No Follow- Up YET! As always I post my Opinions based on shared and my own DD! I have Appreciated your Educated Assessments of the Processing Facility Possibilities in Regards to the Logistics, but the Frustration of Managements Timelines have Shined Through and Bennys for that Matter! You can see my points about the possibilities for OS Reduction in my recent posts, clearly Note Closure Details play a Major Roll in that, Buy-Backs as well IMO! Bennys Pulled Certs. opinion is a possibility or Note Closure - Shares Converted to Preferred for a Major Reduction! Like you and the rest of Valued Shareholders here, we'll have to see if Management has had a Master Plan all along! I keep in mind the PR that stated Everything Coming together at once! I see it happening NOW and in Coming Weeks/Months with Confirmation of PR'ed Developments & Progress through Shared and my Own DD! I think the Dilution you are Obviously Quite Anxious About, is going to be Addressed with a Major OS Reduction, We'll See if I am Correct about that! I don't think you're giving Management the Credit they Deserve for getting to this Juncture! Just my Opinion with Respect! :)
