A valid concern. I haven't received any reply to my emails or phone call message, and for the past week or more the phone number is always busy now, apparently disabling it. I think Chan may be letting this die especially since he's given us nothing to go on. Hope I'm wrong, praying for a small miracle at this point after believing in this for several years

Not sure how much longer the yield sign will show on OTC markets before going dark, but it's way past due for the 10-K
