You need to get a refund on your online law degree. GBB would be the party issuing a ceast and desist. A judge merely warns of merit and the fact that there is legal presidence to enforce as well as hold the party liable for damages if they choose to ignore the letter.

That's exactly what has happened and why they will not take a chance of taking on the liability.

There is no "court order" and to ask for a copy of the ceast and desist is absurd considering I'm not a party to the lawsuit.

Keep fishing as this stock continues to go down the toilet.
