If Tom tells us he's spoken with Eric Newlan, that's because he is likely contracted, otherwise Eric wouldnt be divulging this information to just anyone. He also confirmed that the OTCIQ application has already been submitted as of yestersay (5/1).

By researching #OTCM, they tell you that the OTCIQ application process takes typically 5 business days. We don't know when the application was submitted, but we know it was after 4/19 which was when they reversed the #NVSOS name change, and before 5/1 which was when Tom confirmed that he spoke with Eric and that the application was submitted.

In addition to the 5 days it takes to process the #OTCIQ applications, it takes 3-5 days for disclosure documents to be reviewed by OTCM.

Therefore, I believe they will have OTCIQ Access sometime between Tomorrow (5/3) and Tuesday (5/7)."
