How would you suggest that that could be done exactly?



I'd really like to know how a CEO can be replaced when that CEO is the only remaining Board member. I BELIEVE it would require action in the Courts by shareholders. You make it sound easy, so how is it done?

No matter what it is or who commenced it, I'm against it!
