The point was about a r/s regardless if they merge with themselves. And hundreds of scams do name changes without mergers for numerous reasons, but mostly to adjust the share structure. In their favor. Lots do r/s's without changing the name. There's the old bullshit of "we must hit a dollar so we can uplist to nasdaq", when they really mean another tier of otcm which is meaningless.

I believe your observations of other members are more meaningless than the otcm.
