I was going to post this after the "original" annual, but of course it would have been perceived as negative by the perma-bulls. It's still there on OTC Markets for everyone to review:

The listed "preparer" of the "first" annual report is "Melvin", not the accountant. Where it asks for their qualifications, the answer is "Melvin Ejiogu". Not "I'm a CPA, blaa, blaa, blaa". This is different from previous reports where the actual accountant, Hymers, is listed. This does not match the attorney letter & is obviously f'ed up.

The way G&A, & GOGS was broken down was different too.

There is no change to net income.

But I'm sure Melvin will issue a "shareholder letter" to explain everything and this is the fault of market makers & OTC Markets, just like the chart said...
