So you win the Big Pickle for turning it up. Mind you, companies feed PR's to outlets like Reuters all day every day. And Reuter's did 'em a solid by posting THREE SENTENCES of what was fed to them as a "STATEMENT" from the author(s) that supplied it. In other words, there is no implied "3rd party endorsement" by Reuters.

Again...the PR is over 6 years old. So did the project happen or not? There's been no follow up that I can find...maybe you can
