This was resolved long ago. The money in question was never given to JP3E or Spooz. It was given to individuals who at the time were not employees of Spooz or JP3E. Moreover, at the time this release was written by NHMD, John Park had moved on from NHMD months before. He moved on - it has been said - because the CEO of NHMD was unwilling to eliminate all possibility of dilution (to include convertible notes) and reverse splits. John Park insisted that convertible notes and reverse splits would never be an option. So he moved on from MHMD and went to Spooz.

And when he completed the transaction with SPZI, his very first action was to eliminate any possibility of a reverse split and eliminate all convertible notes.

Its all in the news here: "The company has no plans for a reverse split - we will not expose investors to its deleterious consequences. The company has no convertible notes and no plans for establishing any - there is no need for financing."
