You are correct and at least have the right to be concerned. This is NSAV, a total scam with JT still around in every aspect. He is brilliant in the way he has manipulated this to get the price up. Like I said yesterday, a whole new group of bagholders will be created when the music stops. Some might make some cash but many will lose once again. I am not buying this story.

The authorized shares are just about maxed out and they issued over 600 million shares since 12/31/23. I say the A/S is raised. $25 in the bank? Laughable. Crypto is tough in 2024, especially for an OTC company. A real crypto company spends millions in marketing and advertising to attain attention and customers. NSAV has nothing. No details on those revenues and reports can be manipulated easily. Where is the real CEO?

All is see is a handful of pumpers trying to pump this and the same chart guy with his nonsense. Charts do not work in the OTC as PRs, Tweets and filing blow any charts out of the water as they have done here. And again a Tweet today to get hopes up. I see stupid price predictions on a broke company with $25 in the bank. One guy is bullish and then will sell again and go bearish. LOL Charts? LMFAO JT you are a genius. I am not buying this story and will not buy another share on principle and will be selling my remaining 700,000 shares in pieces if it goes up. I already stuck a nice chunk of cash in my pocket from the freebies I sold on this unexpected run. Bagholders keep buying. LOL

The previous post says it all correctly about this 24 million dollar number. A legit company and proper report would have said where that 24 million dollars came from and how many people they have on their exchange with the amount of dollar assets sent in. I say almost no one.

Can someone clarify a question on the amended annual report. #18 says that the company received assets for services rendered. What were these services? Is this directly linked to earnings from the exchange? If so, why doesn't the report state the source was the exchange fees? I don't want to be skeptical, but I know everyone is betting on Q1 having the same if not more income from the exchange. If this 24mil is not from the exchange, there is going to be a lot of panic.

18. Cryptocurrency Holdings
In Q4 2023, the Company received various cryptocurrency assets in exchange for services rendered. The revenue was
recorded accordingly, and the cryptocurrency assets were recorded as Intangible Assets.
