What’s a lie? Please share

OTCM has never said VXIT is a “shell” they simply flagged them as a “shell risk”. Looks like Vxit is working to get that removed

filings and review of the Company’s business and financial records, the Company has never been a shell
company as defined by Rule 405 and Rule 144(i)(1)(i) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Rule 12b-2 of
the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
