101-----wont argue a point----and anything approaching a legal issue needs to be observed----but to clarify my earlier comment-----the door has closed on making a good impression on this merger----i know several on the sidelines watching ---wanting to know why the silence ?---is something wrong ?------there was a rumor once that someone was in a position of "investor services" ----seen zero evidence of it----but if they are ------might be time to speak up......even without dates and numbers--------you would think SOMEONE would want to generate a whisper of interest.........
