Still a lot of unknowns on the amazon MG settlement and how that settlement may be affecting the current amazon case.

IMO, VP is negotiating with Huawei from a position of strength and it would be the perfect opportunity for VP to flex those muscles and say "no NDA, license and pay up or we go to trial." The notion/argument that "huawei isn't a big infringer, so..." is BS IMO. They're either infringing or not, so pay the F up! We'll see how the new team members perform here.
