I've been trying to find out for some time (but no joy) if there is a time limit on companies that get delisted from the Nasdaq and then don't relist within a given time. In short, is it still possible that as XKEM was once listed on the nasdaq it can still be relisted without any problem/penalty. It would mean that once $1 was reached and traded at or above that level for 'X' number of days it would automatically be listed on the Nasdaq after Nasdaq approval.
