To be clear, "before then" means before September 2024 deadline. "But I think" means he/she knows this is just another piece of nonsense that will be proven wrong in a few months. Prior dickran bullshit calls for a "Shell bidding war" and an erhe dividend and yet erhe share price remains near zero

Of course, everyone knows dickran is already working on a future new narrative to replace this latest one after it falls flat as all his/her other predictions over the last decade or more have done. Just another example to show dickran's greed and hubris driven delusions truly know no bounds.
