Seems odd that if HAHALOLO hired Mark Disena to square away filings to the OTC then why didn’t he get it current? Seems like that’s what he was hired to do. According to his LinkedIn profile he is no longer doing business with HAHALOLO. Questions! Questions! So many unanswered questions.

Then another odd thing is that they had these events a couple weeks ago to introduce the merger to their preferred class of investors and then went expert market. Seems like that is a big hiccup and they need to get Mark Disena back on the horn and get this straightened out.
