Just so we can be accurate

NioCorp didn’t apply for the $800M loan, until after they received the letter of interest from EXIM Bank. .Since then we have received level 1 approval and we are pending level 2 (due diligence), and final approvals

Offtake agreements are not applied for, they are negotiated. And NioCorp is in negotiations with Stellantis for our Magnet REE’s

Rumour has it, our TICL(4) titanium tetrachloride better known as titanium tetrachloride, or our Dark Horse, is being negotiated for 100% of what we can produce if 100% is on the table by NioCorp
