He has successfully taken 5 startups from conception through development, funding and operation - Instructional Sports Software, Digital Impact, Career DNA, iStadium, and Tabula Digita (now DimensionU.com) - and is a seasoned executive with expertise in product development and agile methodologies. Robert is also an award winning professional who has delivered exceptional value at every level and won top industry awards, including PayPal Developers Challenge Winner, (2010 for Appbackr) , AlwaysOn Global 250 and AlwaysOn 100, (2009/2007 for Tabula Digita), CODiE Award (2008), Best Education Game or Simulation CODiE Award (2007), Education New Comer of the Year , Macworld Editors' Choice Award (2006 for Dimenxian Algebra), Newsweek Editors' Choice Award (1997 for Ozzie's World Deluxe) and Family PC, Top Product of the Year Award (1994 for Ozzie's World).
