You are missing his sole reason for no R/S. The 250 billion A/S....Of course he's keeping his word. I stated when he revealed his intent two years ago that we'd stay at or near no bid until foreseeable future was no longer foreseeable. And for the most part,I've been correct so far. You can't spin that to fit your narrative. Again run business as usual because there's no need for a R/S until it's time.
