What is it about those two PRs the companies put out that make you feel that way?

In my opinion the two PRs were filler because Ken once again failed to execute on his comments that the two liquidity events were on track to close by the end of Q1 2024. He made those comments on the February 23rd podcast. So 36 days prior to the end of the Q1 close he said they were on track to close two liquidity events. And now here we are on May 1 and nothing. In fact the company has filed a Form 15 to remove filing requirements and gone quiet.

And let’s not forget he said the same type of comments about pending liquidity events in Q4 2022. Remember the Q4 podcast where Ken said “keep your ear to the ground” on announcements before the end of 2022? The two liquidity events and corresponding announcements never happened. Hmmmm…and now the very same thing happened at the end of Q1 2024. I see a pattern here. Say one thing (make things up) then ignore what he says.

This does not sound like a company that is about to take two of their companies public.
