Tell us how it makes sense to come out with a press release talking about "strategic partnerships" relating to marketing for a product that is alledgedly just starting clinical trials for efficacy and is in the middle of a $53 million lawsuit claiming the formula was stolen?

The desperation of this company to give any glimpse of hope in order to get the share price up so they don't get delisted from NASDAQ is quite apparent.

The difference between you and I is I don't have a financial or emotional attachment to this situation. You wouldn't either had you sold back at $1.60 when I started sounding the alarm bells.
