Campan looks to be putting together an international team under the ""Petrone"" (Sol#@y) entity.....with the following in addition to Peeteman's find re both entities having the same Securities Cousel, an RM seems to be the most likely outcome IMO.

We've long known of Gary Song's background with that Asian solar company (whose name evades me at the moment) but haven't stumbled across anything about Mr Wei's possible "Green Energy" connections, if any.
