Look at GVSI as just one example.

I'm not necessarily disagreeing that Sharp never had a merger candidate lined up - and the trust factor dramatically dropped after all his lies, pumps and dramatic failure concerning GVSI's "merger."

For me this is strictly a court decision play - and the odds are in Sharp's favor...eventually.
