That isn't correct as Spooz is incorporated in Nevada - only the Annual Shareholders meeting has to be announced. Since Spooz isn't a SEC filer they don't file 8-Ks.

The insiders control the vote - so it doesn't matter whatever the insiders want to do - they can do it.

Do you know how many of these OTC scams have promised not to do a reverse split these crush shareholders.
