Agreed. Seems they mean well and have the drive, but it’s overwhelming at times. It’s a lot of work. I have a small company myself and get too busy at times. They’ll figure it out. In the mean time, it’s the accumulation phase. Folks should be loading this and then stay busy elsewhere while this company gets their business in order. Check back in each quarter to see progress and let them work.
