They just filed yesterday with an attorney letter. That should get them back to Current because of the NT and the attorney letter. IGPK won’t get back to current until they get the Q1 filed on time. OTC eligibility requirements are determined by the SEC.

GRACE PERIOD IS 15 days from the time they determine that the 120 day calendar has expired. Believe it or don’t. Idc.
