POS Gary gensler said in an interview with Jon Stewart 95% of all stock purchases don't even hit the lit exchange but doesn't do anything about it. I assume when no actual shares are available the brokers and mar makers issue digital shares that don't exist. The evidence of this is there are trillions in fails to deliver sitting at times and the dtcc and again pos gensler looks the other way.
