Let’s not forget the 2 years of financial requirement for S-4. Amendment would get us on the right track to Super 8k. There’s still a few requirements left to go. Also don’t forget the 1 year holding period for target shareholders after SPAC combination is closed. De-SPAC takes a year to unfold. So no liquidity until June 2025 for long target shareholders.
