Why speak if you don’t know what you’re talking about? An NT12b-25 is for SEC filers. They aren’t an SEC filer, they are an alternate filer. It’s has nothing to do with OTCM.

Tomorrow should be the official beginning of their grace period. But this depends on when OTCM officially marked the end of their 120 day window to file their annual. 15 day grace period gives them until May 15th.
