Yup, that's one way to spin it. Another way to spin all this is to look at the increased volume & price these announcements bring & their somewhat-regular occurrence (about every two months), and assume they are pumping to sell b/c they need cash.

Either truth, I believe, is equally possible.

If nothing materializes by mid-May - no Form 10, no communication - I'm waiting for the next pump & selling. I can almost recoup what I put in. This horseshit communication is getting really old.
