You can throw out theories all you wish, FACT is when there are no significant FTDs ( 0 ) in a security, that means there are no abusive shorts ( 0 ), no abusive NSS, no air shares, no phantom shares... etc. none of the typical excuses used on OTC issues.

This obvious “Confessions of a Paid Basher” hoax was written in 2000, 24 years ago. LOL!!…posting that hoax was just another game.
