First I corrected your “their” to “there”,

These claimed vast riches just laying in the ground waiting to be plucked out has been one of the battle cries for quite a bit of time. With that said, why is big, serious and smart money not buying that claim? I mean after all don’t you think big smart money would be tripping all over themselves to try and get in the door to reap the benefits of these claimed vast riches? Huge red flag….
