Ask the shareholders of $NDD that exact question. Their CEO quit filing. The. SEC revoked their stock, Now they are shareholders in a private untradeable security which has zero recognized value. The company has no obligation to tell anyone anything, in my opinion. I have been told a “former” public shareholder would have to sue to get any information. What penny stock sheep is going to file suit ?

What if they take it private and never are "up to date"?

Simple answer is it’s over and you are screwed
