So you believe that women should be punished for their "irresponsible behavior" by forcing them to have the baby and raise that child (irresponsibly of course). And to ensure these irresponsible mothers and their newborns continue to be punished the GOP wants to cut or get rid of all government programs to assist the low-income families and indigent individuals such as the welfare program, school lunches, healthcare programs, etc. And let's not forget the elderly people; GOP wants to cut their Social Security too.
