Must have gotten Ally (Formerly GMAC) to pony up on them divvys @ .17. Strike price of $62 in 2017 followed by divvys release @ .17 with waviers. Is my understanding. Sold their overseas vestments is also my understanding.

Is that why after a $250 million SEC complaint. ZECCO SOLD $275,000,000 in assets to TradeKing. Then Zecco merged with TradeKing followed by Ally acquiring the merger?

Is that the merger vestments you Hyperion about?

My understanding US Treasury leveraged 54 million Ally shares they held also. Something like $3.4 billion worth ?
