'Responsibility to avoid getting pregnant....? Rape, incest, birth control failure and CHOICE to get pregnant that goes awry for the health of the mother or that of the fetus, or both? Not all states allow abortions in cases of rape and incest.

Leaving these decisions to states assures lowest common denominator policy making that ignores everything on my list of possibilities. And the polices are based upon junk science, religion and flaming ignorance.

The governments of the states need to be held accountable for withholding/delaying what IS health care and the consequences that we're all reading about.

And I believe that THE example of 'no rules for me' is the nominee of the GOP.
