Good morning,

I received a message from a poster about how a company buys back stock if the company has no cash.

First let me say this. I realize many on this thread don't like my analysis on this company, but my post whether it is with this issue, or any other issue is a counterbalance to the basic sentiment from what I'm reading here that is not always popular.

Well, there are a couple of ways, but in the end, it still means the company has to raise the cash through regular business conduct for revenue. However, there is another way and that is bring in a VC who puts up the monies for a buyback. Understand, this part is not attractive to a VC since these individuals or entities generally don't approach a company or back a company unless they see a return that is absolute. Most VC will not take a position unless the company reduces the share structure. So, I don't see this as an option since it is still a Note, like paying your bills from a credit card.

The company may try a common practice of taking on a Convertible Debenture to execute a large share buyback, but this is just prolonging and starting the dilutive process over again, but may have a restriction, but still a note. This would give us the catalyst in the near term, but at least we can exit out.

So, now it comes to, can the company bring in enough REV to compliment a stock buyback. For you shareholders, this is your most crucial question. Can the company be a revenue generating business concern? This is our only option.

Either way you look at it, the company needs to absolutely take down the blotted O/S. This is your major objective to even assume that the company will be viable going into next year.

Currently none of us that hold can do anything but hold. We are unfortunately stuck. For myself, I knew this coming in and betting that at least the share price will get one bounce, albeit a target of .0003-.0005 is where the exit begins.

I too have concern and do not consider the issue as a viable company that can ROI.

Have a good day.
