Well... the theoretical principle was to turn out something like a quiche. The can of gravy was basically a béchamel with meat added. And then she added yet more meat. The eggs were what you'd use in a quiche. I think our chef didn't realize that. Here's a recipe:

It calls for four eggs for every cup of milk or half-and-half. So the number she used isn't crazy. She then stirred it all up and topped it with cheese. She should have stirred the cheese in. And she should also have deep sixes those fake "biscuits" on top. Um, there WAS a bottom crust, wasn't there? If not, it's needed, and it needs to be blind baked before the filling is added.

And the quiche in that recipe looks tasty. You can add whatever other ingredients you want:
