I believe it's because;

1. He wants to keep investors informed about the status of the litigation.
2. He wants to let investors know that some PTAB FWD final decisions are being appealed, and the status of those appeals.

The PTAB is NOT the final word, by any means. It simply means more time spent in the process. Is there a chance that the CAFC affirms the PTAB final rulings? Sure. Is there a chance that the CAFC overrules the PTAB? Of course.

Tell me...what would you rather see from Stokd?

Would you rather see posts that moan and groan and scream "OMG, we're DONE FOR! The PTAB ruled against us. KILL ME NOW!"

Or would you rather see a list that has straight information and what is being done towards a final decision in all these law suits?
