Without any doubt - nearly impossible as this POS is going to 100% w/ certainty file BK and/or do the fade-away to .00000x per share and the MOORE MORE CRIME CLAN merely go dead silent and stop filing and simply "try" and drop off the face of the planet. They're already in the silent and "attempt to disappear" phase and when they fail to file ....then one will know it's 100% truly over and done.

Thus - especially in the case of the larger companies involved, the "sue deadbeats and scofflaws as a matter of principle" (we don't negotiate with terrorist - type of philosophy) and to "send the loud and clear message" that you jack us around and that means ANYONE and ANY VENDOR then we nuke you into oblivion and will one day sell our debt/collection action for pennies on the dollar so some jack-ass debt collection agency will likely haunt you and hunt yoy to old age and/or the grave whichever comes first !

Also - it builds a foundation for a possible criminal indictment as IF there are a lot of solid civil actions w/ court backed judgments etc then a busy as hell state AG or even a DOJ or Federal Trade Commission or some other alphabet agency "might" decide to "go for it" as they have a lot of their discovery already done for them etc.

INNER-CRIME messed with a vital "health care product" and one sold to Sr Citizens and elder service veterans etc. THAT is a B A D... bad group to F-over in life - as they have a shit ton of representation in Congress and too many lobby groups to even count.

Remember - the then CA AG aka Kamala Harris aka VP of these United States went after ass hats THE MOORE CLAN and buried um for $500K in civil damages and yanked daddy MOORE MORES hearing aid license - thus how dipshit THE KID aka THE PUNK Matty Boy was "inserted" as the supposed "CEO" of this clown car serial grifter fraud and pre-planned dilution mill share printing insider self enrichment scheme where "selling hearing aids" was nothing but the bullshit pop-smoke and cover fire for the crime scene......

INNER-CON based on all the investigation I've done now - not even an iota of doubt in my mind it was "pre meditated" and "pre planned" and was a scam and a scheme from day one...only to enrich the MOORE MORE CRIME CLAN and nothing else. ALL leading back to daddy MARK LEE MOORE MORE aka THE DON - this shit has his dirty paw prints and sociopath bad brain all over it.

I see it as THE DON's retribution for what the CA AG's did to him and them yanking his hearing aid license after his incredible acumen of attending "GOLF COLLEGE" Bwaaa ha ha as his only formal "training" at a damn thing in life !!!

Lawsuits at this point IMO - are for the most part out to bury this POS and punish the players and that is a 100% legit reason for using the civil courts. Set examples and make people think twice perhaps in the future.

In the end - I'd not be surprised to see both MATTY BOY aka THE PUNK and DADDY banned from ever having a damn thing to do with "running or managing a public traded entity" blah blah blah. This was a high vol and high dollar pump and dump - not just some nickel-dime 2-bit everday OTC POS scam and crime scene which is literally 98% or more of the entire OTC shit market and every ticker on it !!

No - these ass hats pumped this crime scene to over a $100 million market cap and they sucked a LOT of $coin out of it and put them easy $bucks into their own pockets. THE FEDS and/or a state level prosecutor have enough meat here to go after um IMO. I've "tipped" a lot of lines of communication I have "on file" and have successfully used prior to bring down about 1/2 a dozen of these shit tickers now - AND put a few of the players/bad actors actually in CLUB FED; one ass hat who just left prison in MN very recently......there's two others in the state of FL that I've still got THE FEDS hound dogging pretty hard....

I met personally with the federal investigators on the "FL TWO" as I call them.. (two federal agents flew out and met me and then were flying a short hop to another state to meet another "tip" person they were in contact with and who I also knew - a male and a female 3-ltr agency officers) and they're still "open" on that FL case - and their actions and that of a different FED agency literally destroyed the stock....it's a five zero after the decimal point...dead ticker... BK for all intents and purposes....nothing shell....special now :))

I asked them, "What's the longest you've ever pursued a perp before filing "Criminal" (these folks were for criminal actions, NOT civil) how long pursuing a criminal indictment (they indicated they were in-talks with the DOJ and they were prepping for presenting to a grand jury) how long I asked from start of "case" to getting them incarcerated and the male fed agent said his personal best was just over 9 yrs....NINE freaking yrs he hunted and dogged a particular perp and he told me the case summary and sure as hell it "made the news pretty bigly" when I looked it up after they left..... and he put that dude (actually several tied to the case) put the one idiot into federal prison for a long, long time. Was a lot of fun - as they came in casual clothes and having the female agent along was a bonus.

I asked about "air travel" since I know they "carry at all times" and it's all f-d up now post 911 even if one is "law enforcement" to get through check-points, etc. I said, "You're both carrying right now, correct ? " They both laughed and said...."uh.....you know we can't talk about that." I told the male, "You've got a waist holster there on that side as I can see the slight bulge and thus shirt loose and un-tucked.... and you ma'am - yours is inside the purse" and both smiled and laughed w/ the grin ....and you know you nailed it "cat got the mouse"... looks and smiles.
