Only way it will go back .0001 and if loose interest like long term holder then it can go no bid.
RS is another alternative too. If they want to do right now they do not need to increase the A/S but both way shareholder have hard time to decide.
Convertibles are reality.
They spent a lot of time but did not properly fix the company.
