Maybe. Self-imposed quiet period possibly?

It is odd that they have ignored the 10-k and shareholders which is unlike their history. As discussed on the forum, there could be early indications as to how the tier 3 NIH preclincals are shaping up and if positive, it is only logical that BP would gobble up control of the drug candidate asap.
