The defendant has a lot of motivation to settle before trial. If they go to trial, a jury will award the plaintiff a huge amount of money and then the judge will multiply that by 3. $.50 to a dollar a share is going to be much cheaper than three dollars a share or more. Especially in judge Albright court. If they settle, it’ll be only for this patent , unless of course they buy us out.
