The miserable poster you are addressing allows me every day to ask how his “theory” - a reverse triangular merger, could be happening to a company completely liquidated 6 years ago with nothing since including required filings, with the value of its NOLs way less than its outstanding debt. He has no choice but to allow this because he obviously has no response. He is forced to choke and choke and choke on this.
