2,500,000 shares issued to the daughter of the Company’s CEO....From the Q "On January 1, 2024, the company Board of Directors approved and issued 5,000,000 shares of common stock in connection with employee compensation. Included in the issuance are 2,500,000 shares issued to the daughter of the Company’s CEO."... So now both his grandson and his daughter are working there? And the multi-million dollar fraud judgment against him is final!
