The only thing I can think of is that parking is going to be seriously depleted and they somehow need the choo choo to run over LSD for a stop from remote lots.

It's bad enough already having to pay upwards of 50 bucks on game days to tailgate so it'll be interesting how the whole plan is finally revealed. Pretty pictures are one thing but they have those for Arlington too.
