Las Vegas built a new state of the art domed stadium for just under 2 billion dollars not to long ago. Not sure why the price has doubled here. It's definitely not labor costs, they are just as union strong as we are. I imagine there might be a few more challenges building on the lakeshore but it's still not making sense to me yet.
